With the guidance of one of the most trusted names in the industry, my passion stems from the challenge of turning my clients’ real estate goals into a reality. Whether it’s a first-time home purchase, or a large commercial project, I bring a deep sense of responsibility to my role and consider it my duty to always promote and protect my clients’ best interests.
As a graduate of Indiana University, it’s safe to say I’m a huge Hoosier fan! I love the Chicago Cubs, Bears, and just about anything sports. My wife, Caitlin, is a 6th grade Special Education teacher at Bowling Green Junior High. We have a beautiful daughter, Rhylea, who is growing up fast…really fast! In our spare time we love to travel, play golf as a family, and enjoy spoiling our two dogs, Harley and Stella.

For the last 25 years, Vicki served as Vice President and Director of Operations in the casual dining industry. One of her key responsibilities was identifying and securing future restaurant sites, providing her with a unique perspective on real estate analysis, valuation and procurement. Additionally, Vicki started her own property management company in 2004, further fueling her passion for the trade.
In 2016, Vicki finally stepped away from the restaurant industry completely in order to focus all of her attention on her real estate interests. With her vast experience, strong business sensibilities, and commitment to customer satisfaction, Vicki has proven to be an invaluable resource to her clients. Vicki specializes in buying and selling homes, as well as renovating and reselling properties.

She has been married since 1995 and has 2 daughters. She is active in her community serving on several boards and donating time to causes she feels strongly about.
In addition to real estate, Brian owns and operates Overtime Sports Bar & Grill in Bowling Green and Clarksville, Hilligans in Bowling Green, and OT Sports Grill in Franklin, Kentucky. Clients will still be able to catch Brian at OT locations from time to time, as he will be acting as a District Manager of sorts.
In Brian’s spare time he enjoys following the University of Kentucky Wildcats, going to games at Rupp Arena, or the SEC tournament, and of course spending time with his wife, Missy and 5-year-old daughter, Haley.
As a Bowling Green resident since 2004, it is amazing to see how this city and the surrounding areas have grown into such a diverse community. I enjoy the area because it has a blend of historic charm with a modern feel. I also love the proximity and ease of access to the more urban cities, such as Nashville and Louisville. Prior to starting my profession as a Realtor, I worked in the construction business for 10 years. I feel that my knowledge in this area is a beneficial resource to home-buyers. My wife and I also own a local child care center. When I am not working with my clients, I enjoy spending time with my family, home renovation projects and traveling.
I look forward to meeting you and helping to make your dreams a reality!
“We believe that the deals we facilitate have the opportunity to improve the lives of everyone in the communities we serve, reaching far beyond the broker-client relationship.”
